Please join us on Sunday, November 24 from 2:00 - 4:00PM at the Burnhamthorpe Library for our Annual General Meeting (AGM).
For those who may not know, our AGM is a time where our Board of Directors provides an update and overview on the organization's finances, past projects, and future projects. Our AGM also provides members the chance to speak to share their thoughts, ideas, or concerns.
We value Member participation at our AGM as we also take this time to vote in new Board of Directors. You must have an up to date family membership and be in good standing (Fees paid in full) for you to have a vote. Please register online so we have valid numbers.
We require a certain number of members to be present at this meeting or be willing to send in a proxy vote to complete any decisions that will be made.
As some Board of Directors have completed their 2 year term, we are accepting applications to fill vacant Board of Director positions. If you are interested in applying, please send you resume along with what interests you have with VOICE to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than Monday, November 18, 2019.
