Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is with regret that we have to cancel our Conference on October 3rd. We are hoping to have a great venue for our Conference in May 2021. Anyone who has registered will receive a full refund.

The 2020 VOICE 28th Annual Conference will be held on Saturday, October 3rd, 2020.

At this conference, the theme is ‘EMPOWERING PARTNERSHIPS.” VOICE would like to celebrate how the collaborative teamwork of parents, teachers, LSL Specialists, AV Therapists, audiologists, doctors, etc. support families with their journey.

Keynote Speakers:

Dr. Joanna Wilms & Jeff Patton (It Takes a Village: Our Experience of Positive Partnerships in Early Childhood )
Julia is an exuberant and thriving two year old with cochlear implants and Usher Syndrome. Her parents Jeff and Joanna share their perspective on finding, choosing and maximizing all the partnerships available to them and their child. They tell Julia's story through the lens of the 30 plus professionals who have come into Julia's life thus far - and how they all fit together to support Julia to reach her potential (including having lots of fun!)

Gael Hannan (Hearing Loss Advocate, Speaker and Humorist )
Gael Hannan is a writer, actor and public speaker who grew up with a progressive hearing loss that is now severe-to-profound.
